I was in a jam when I was on my way to work and the starter on my car died. I called a few places and most of them just gave me a price and how long it would take to fix the car. When I called Mastertech, I spoke with Nate and he listed off many other possible issues and suggested an analysis of the problem before moving forward with any repairs. I appreciate that Nate's goal wasn't to just get my money and move on, but to actually fix the problem. A bonus was that Mastertech has a shuttle, which was very helpful in my situation. I highly recommend Mastertech to anyone needing honest auto repair where you won't get the runaround.

They are great at diagnosing problems andf I trust them to tell me when things must be fixed and when they can wait. They are friendly and care about my cars which is very important to me.

Took my vehicle in for a regular oil change. I was in and out in record time. The staff at Master Tech are extremely friendly. Fluids were topped of and I was even asked if I wanted my tires rotated. Good service, will repeat again.
