I own a pest control company. One of our trucks broke down on a job. Nate helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. He ordered the replacement part and had it ready by the time the towing company got our truck to his shop. (the alternator was out). He had us back on the road in a couple hours and saved my company lots of $$ from lost work time! Good, honest, fast work!

They have taken a major beating by my insurance co but have treated me great. I appreciate their patience, contacting me when necessary, and their awesome professionalism.
