Where do I even begin; Nate was hands down the BEST man I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I hate when mechanics try to sell you EVERY little thing that your car doesn't need for years down the line, Mastertech doesn't do that. Nate made it so easy to work with and told me things that need to get done in time but was honest as to what needed to get done at that very moment. I was so stressed and just wanting to get rid of my car till I met him. My car is older but runs better than before because these guys here. If you want someone honest and trustworthy, this is the place to go to!!!!!

I have been coming to Mastertech for a few years now and they continued their great service of keeping my VW Eurovan running. It had a lot of issues unfortunately, but thanks to their diligence it kept performing well. These are great, honest guys. My next car will be coming here too. Just sold the VW!!!

Awesome service, great hospitality. Took my jeep in for multiple codes on the engine. Diagnosed one of them (spark plugs) and replaced them had it running better than when i first got it. Ran the test for the other code which was for a gross leak but everything was checking out fine so they didnt charge me for that. Got a great discount too. Really wish i could take these guys to jacksonville with me for any other problems i know ill encounter with my jeep. Nate was awesome and very on top of returning phone calls and getting the job done in a very timely and effective manner!

These guys are awesome! They fixed problems with my Toyota Tacoma that 3 or 4 other places couldn't figure out. They are very personable and don't mind taking the time to explain anything. I took away one star because it took them much longer than they originally said. Overall, my problem was fixed and I'm one happy customer. This is where I'll go for now on.

Rep on the ph answer on a rush, said they charged $150 for the diagnosis, after i told him exactly what's wrong with my jeep and what is like to get fixed. Hung up on my right away. Very Rude. Too bad i didn't get his name to post here. This it just happened today 5 min ago.

I met Nate about three or four years ago when my car just stopped in the middle of the street. Turns out it was out of gas even though the gas light wasn't on. He didn't charge me anything to diagnosis this some what embarrassing car issue and he has been my mechanic even since. He's sincere, honest and does not try and push any unnecessary repairs. I would recommend to anyone who wants honest answers about their car troubles.

I came to mastertech a year ago to fix my oil cooler and EGR on my ford f250. At first the customer service seemed good and they fixed it and went on my way. Afew weeks later the oil cooler failed again. After returning they fixed it under warranty. Afew weeks later it broke again. They used the warranty again. After that it got clogged again. I took it in and they said it was no longer under warranty. After asking a buddy of mine who is a ford tech to help me put an updated cooler in, we dissassembled what needed to be dissassembled and what i found was a complete mess. There were several bolts missing, several bolts on the intake were not even hand tight. They had broken some of the latches and parts in the truck and overall just did a sloppy job. Im pretty upset with the way things were handled. You should trust your mechanic and after this i do not trust them. I really hope the people down at mastertech get thier stuff together.

I appreciated the good reviews. Most of my dealings were with Nate - the operations manager. He was very professional, helpful, knowledgable, personable & respectful. Our truck ( a Ford f350 6.7 diesel 4x4 ) needed extensive care with: an oil change; a wheel-alignment; damper kits & excellent, choice Nitto grappler G2 tires. I met highly personable, competent & highly trained mechanics. The staff/shop, are both well equipped to handle any of your diesel vehicle care, as well as all vehicular needs. Thanks again Nate & team with your fantastic service & care! I am very happy with the improved ride of our truck! I am impressed with all the work and will not hesitate to bring back any of out vehicles!

The workers were nice but the prices are unbelievably exspensive. I'm 18 years old and I recently went there too get new break pads, rotors, etc. and I got a quote from them for $1700 and was told my car wasn't worth fixing. The next day I took it to sears auto service and was only charged $460 for all of the same work. I do not recommend master tech at all. Go to an honest shop and save your money.

I just found these guys and I am very pleased with every aspect. I started with just bringing in my husband's Sonic to test the waters. Like with every new mechanic, I was a bit wary but Nate crushed those fears with his outstanding attitude and service. Our little Sonic was returned running much better than when it went in. Over the 3 day period that we have met, I was comfortable enough to take his word that my Firebird was at the end of its life with over 300k miles on it. Now it's time to drop a new engine and get my old car running like new. It's already in their shop and I can't wait to have my baby back :) BTW Nate, my car's name is Rouge, not Storm. It's been a while since anyone's asked XD
