I had an awesome experience this week with Bob at Mastertech! Mastertech was referred to me by a very well known local car guy, and I am very happy I listened to him because Bob took great care of my truck! I just needed an alignment and transmission fluid replacement but these guys work on everything! I would not hesitate to recommend Mastertech and am happy to give them a big thumbs up!!!

I would highly recommend Mastertech. I've brought my three vehicles into them in the last month and they've done a great job from fixing my son's emergency break on his 2000 F150, replacing shocks on my 2020 Suburban and an alignment on my husband's 2021 F250. I spoke with Bob everytime and he was very honest and thorough.

I had my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins scheduled to come in for a fuel pump inspection and possible replacement. On my way to the shop it broke down due to the fuel pump and wouldn’t start so I called Auto Club for a normal tow. Unfortunately, the towing truck driver didn’t know how to correctly connect to my truck and ended up with it being stuck on his flatbed rollup. He called another tow truck driver from his company out and ended up getting it unstuck and up on the flatbed tow truck. When it arrived to Mastertech the steering wheel just spun freely and obviously had problems with the steering system that were not there previously. Mastertech ended up having diagnosed it with a broken steering box and other problems. Mastertech worked with me on all the repairs that now needed to be fixed. There were numerous repairs due to this auto club contracted tow company negligence. Once all of the steering system parts were replaced they were able to check and repair minor issue with the Cummins motor and some other parts that needed repair I highly recommend Mastertech as they are a good shop to take care of your vehicle.
