Mastertech is a treasure. I found them years ago because of their AAA rating and can’t be more pleased. I know almost nothing about cars and rely on them to take care of my two 25+ year old cars and to keep me safe. I literally trust them with my life and when they tell me I need to have something done, there is never a doubt in my mind that they are being honest with me. Everyone is friendly and so helpful. Nate with Mastertech always stretches his neck out to give me the best deal he can. I've been working with them for over 15 years now and is most definitely the preferred place I take my car when it needs service. I'm even going to them for oil changes now!

Got a smog check. Printers were having trouble and I was running late so Mastertech didn't charge me. Thankful for the nice gesture.

I brought in my F250 to get a diagnosis on it because it was blowing white smoke they proceeded to tell me I had A bad head gasket or crackhead . And the service writer Nathan calls me back and tells me it's gonna cost me $10000 to fix it they won't do anything to it unless I pay $10000 so I proceeded to pick up my truck and take it to another place and have them do diagnostic and pay another diagnostic fee. So once the guy ran the test on it he figured out it was my EGR system was bad and I had a bad oil cooler So long story short I got my truck fixed for $6000 cheaper than what this place quoted I would never bring another vehicle back here. way overpriced.and there service writer Nathan is very rude. They should send their mechanics back to school to learn how to diagnose a vehicle. I Would not recommend this place.

Awesome service as always on my 66 Mustang. Rick and Nate up front really know their stuff and their mechanic Guillermo and the others keep me running down the road. Definitely would recommend the folks at Mastertech.
