Very courteous and prompt. I appreciated the shuttle to work and back. Car came better than when I sent it in. Only two concerns: car parts could have been ordered sooner (I was hoping for a call or email before arriving to place an order if needed to be ready the day of arrival); Also, I was little bummed that I rushed the payment and forgot to add my smog check coupon. Other than that, I'd recommend this shop to anyone and I'll be back.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done on my 2018 Honda Civic within an hour - my oil life was even reset for me. Thank guys, nice work!

As always 5 stars! Nate and the crew are always top notch. Had the car in there for multiple things this visit. New tires, tire sensors, headlights, oil change, and probably some other stuff too, haha. Everything was handle quick and just as quoted. No hidden fees, no BS up sells on things you dont need. Just good honest people doing a great job, really appreciate the crew there!

Nate is awesome! If you don’t know much about cars, Nate explains everything in the simplest way he can. He will do extra things like take pictures to show you or print out extra documentation for things. He communicates and contacts you well and simply does his best to make the experience smooth and easy. He is very personable. He is easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor yet very still very professional. I’ve have taken two vehicles to his his shop now and don’t plan on going anywhere else. Thanks MasterTech!
