Took my car in for a tail light out for two days just to find out all I needed was a fuse. They also said I needed a new battery so I did. Few days later my engine light came on. Took it in, they kept it for two days again. Report back that I needed a 3000.00 repair suggest that I don't do it. I took my car to another mechanic. This guy told me all I needed was a battery holder. My battery was messing with the computer. My engine light is off. Car running good. I believe I have been RIP off by master tech at 2801 industry st oceanside, ca. Remember there the one who put my new battery in.

The service adviser, Nate, was excellent. He kept me informed on the status of my very complicated repair. We trusted MasterTech over our local Chevy Dealer to complete a large, complex service on our 2007 Corvette! We will be bringing all our cars here in the future.

I took my car here a couple of years ago for new spark plugs. For some reason or another I was unsatisfied with the customer service and never took my car back. I’m just now finding out from a Toyota certified mechanic that the spark plugs Mastertech put in were the wrong ones for the car.
