Mastertech is a very dishonest business! They made my vehicle very dangerous to drive due to performing work incorrectly with equipment that is out of calibration. I still have the voicemail from the owner Rick, admitting that they caused the issues that should of been caught on a road test, which was never done! I brought my vehicle back to Mastertech to correct the work they did incorrectly. They called to say my vehicle was done. I got a ride & was dropped off. When I walked into the office I was told sorry it's not done, what a hassle. I then had to take public transportation home. When I returned the following day, picked up my vehicle I found that they made their mistake even worse. I then went to a different shop for a inspection. It was determined that Mastertechs equipment was very out of calibration. I had to pay the other shop to correct Mastertechs work. Mastertech then wanted me to bring my vehicle back for a inspection so they could look at how the other shop corrected the issue. At that point I said No! I then asked for a reimbursement & got an attitude. I then turned Mastertech in to the B.A.R. Bureau of Automotive Repair & AAA. Then the secretary Nate, called my employer & tried to get me in trouble. This action only made Mastertech look much worse! After which I was refunded $78 for the incorrectly performed alignment but not for the hassle, my time & having another shop fix my VEHICLE. Rick blamed the mistake on one of his techs. They don't know what they're doing, which is dangerous! Definitely go somewhere else that's honest, always ask for your old parts & turn dishonest shops into the B.A.R. No matter what they're comment is, the facts don't lie like they do! Word of mouth is the best review! Look at the other bad reviews, they're correct! Watch out!
Tyson, the services you refer to were performed well over 18 months ago and at that time, your dissatisfaction dealt with a pull in your steering following an alignment to a very heavily modified vehicle. Ultimately after several attempts to satisfy your concerns, as a gesture of customer satisfaction, a partial refund was offered and accepted by you. Nonetheless, you filed complaints as mentioned in your review. However, neither agency found wrong doing in the performance of our services following their investigations. When you learned of this fact you began a relentless campaign of harassing and threatening calls to our business from your place of employment. It was only after your employer was contacted and you were admonished that the police department would be contacted, did your calls stop. We strive diligently to achieve customer satisfaction but absent our best efforts we sometimes fall short. Rick, Co-owner
