Outstanding work and very transparent about challenges it might take meeting my expectations. Job took longer than anticipated, but I was kept updated regularly throughout the process. Service manager "tells it like it is" and took the time to find alternate sources for obtaining a part that was on back order from the usual supply chain.

Honest, reliable and fair. I have been going to Mastertech for five years after a bad experience with a dealer and will never go back. Prices are fair, and the work is quality each visit.

The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful, they also kept their prices to the lowest they could possibly go, and avoided charging me for work that did not need to be done, but instead mentioned that a few parts were also going bad. If I have more mechanical issues I'm bringing my car back to them
