My car had to be towed to Mastertech and I was leaving town the next day. Recommended by a friend and they turned out to be a real jewel. Keeping me informed daily and dealing with my warranty people. Thanks to Bob in the office. He was on top of everything. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Mastertech is a trustworthy repair shop. They give you all the details of your needed repairs and they don’t cut corners. When it comes to my car, I want the repairs done correctly and thats why I continue to trust my safety and my vehicle to them.

Bob is incredible! I took my car in after being quoted an absurd amount at various other repair centers and he was so nice and made me feel very taken care of. He got to the route of the problem much, much quicker than I could’ve imagined and handled everything in such a professional manner. He is one of the nicest men I have had the pleasure of working with and highly recommend his services!

Been working on this 1997 Wrangler taking up drive way space for several years. Getting parts from junk yards, Craig's Lists etc. I've watched many "How To" Tube videos and purchased tools and testers to make it road legal. Finally, taking it to Mastertech. They solved the problems and it passed the smog test. Immediately went to AAA and now have a current registration.

I found Mastertech when they were on Industry st. In Oceanside. I had a 86 mercury capre. That was in the 90s. The guys were so honest and upfront with me, I was impressed. Being a single woman and knowing the reputation car repair shops usually have, I was suspicious of all of them. But they did an excellent job on keeping my car on the road. I have since had two vans they have fixed and maintained for me over the years. Their customer service is outstanding, leaving you with the knowledge They Know What Their Doing! Friendly, Honest,and Fare. Won't go anywhere else.

I brought my daughter's Elantra in for an AC service, and was pleasantly surprised from the initial phone call with Bob, to my final conversation with him when he gave me the bill. He quoted me a very reasonable price to diagnose and fill with freon, and kept to his word when all said and done. He also completed in the same day with no surprise issues! I had called Hyundai in Carlsbad to get it serviced there, but they were months out. I appreciate Bob's professional and delightful demeanor, and I can say he has earned my trust and continued business. Thanks Bob and service team at Mastertech!

I've been bringing my car to Mastertech for some years. This time it was something wrong with the AC, which developed into a malfunctioning fan that would have eventually caused much bigger problems. As usual, they explained everything as the diagnosis proceeded, and ended up finding and fixing the problem, as they always do. I have had regular service on my car, but it hasn't run really well for about 3 or 4 years--I thought it was just because the car was getting old. Now it runs like it used to. And somehow, they managed to get parts and do this work in half the time it should have taken so that I wouldn't be without a car over a holiday weekend. I deeply appreciate Mastertech's expertise, diligence, and customer service. I couldn't be more satisfied, and recommend them without reservation.
